He takes her because she saw him and no one else can know. All of the other giants eat people the BFG eats fruit. Sophie has to hide so she will not get eaten. Eggs the 220 page book by Jerry Spinelli tells the story of a 9 year old David’s life. He doesn’t have a mother, but he lives with his grandma. When he meets a 13 year old girl, Primrose he starts to sneak out at night and hang out. This is a great book everyone should read.
